They were one of the most successful companies in the 80's, I know they did two followups to Football Manager, the 3rd being in the early 90's. Does anyone know who bought them out, I seem to remember that somebody did!
Please contact me if you have any additional information about the company or its games!

You guide the boffin around the levels, which are laid out as platforms. The Boffin has a brolly that he can put up if he falls a long distance downards, which stops him from dying. You have to collect all the horseshoes on the level, and then touch the owl, and if you have all of them you win the level. This is a very average game, the graphics are nice, the sound isn't up to much though. I have also seen a game like this called Mr Brolly.

More of the same, but with terrible graphics, they are really unclear and blocky. Boffin didn't even deserve a sequel in the first place, it is just not good enough.

This is my favourite Football Manager game ever! It may not be really detailed or inventive like some of the new ones, but it just has that one element that hardly any others have......highlights! Yes, you actually get to see the match being played in this one, instead of a screen full of stats, and I feel that this is how it should be. Do real managers have a list of stats to handle during a game? Who cares if all the players are hunchbacks, at least you see what they look like!
